When am I charged for a pre-order?

You’ll be charged when the product ships.

Can I cancel a pre-order before it ships?

Yes, you may cancel an order before it ships. Email orders@circesocks.com to notify us of cancellation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the USPS shipping service selected at checkout.

We process orders within 1–2 business days before they ship.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — USPS Priority Mail Express is available at checkout for U.S. orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover it. Exchanges are free.

Returns that don't meet the conditions above aren't eligible for a refund. We're happy to send them back to you, with shipping at your cost.

To start your return or exchange, please email us at orders@circesocks.com within 30 days of receiving your package. 

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start one, email orders@circesocks.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like instead. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

We process returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them and email you once your refund has been issued. After that, it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
